World War 3 is at Hand
While we wait for Israel and the West to attack the Iranian nuclear facilities to start World War 3, let's check our own Christian faith, doctrine and knowledge of Him and His words.
1 Tim 6:17-19 Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.
All these years God has blessed Christians, churches and even Christian nations with great finances so that they become the light of the world. This light will draw people to believe and accept the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Mat 5:16 "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."
Heaping Up Treasures in the Last Days
James 5:1-4 Come now, you rich, weep and howl for your miseries that are coming upon you! Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are moth-eaten. Your gold and silver are corroded, and their corrosion will be a witness against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have heaped up treasure in the last days.
However in the last days, the horrific World War 3 will kill a quarter of mankind, wiping out all IT and financial institutions, crippling all industries and making all monetary wealth to become worthless.
So God forbid Christians and churches (Laodicean) in the last days to heap up treasures (in properties, gold, stocks and bank deposits), which will deprive the funds needed for God's various ministries (mission, charities, charitable homes, etc).
Lessons before the fall of Jerusalem
Jer 34:10-11 Now when all the princes and all the people, who had entered into the covenant, heard that everyone should set free his male and female slaves, that no one should keep them in bondage anymore, they obeyed and let them go. But afterward they changed their minds, and made the male and female slaves return, whom they had set free, and brought them into subjection as male and female slaves...
Before the fall of Jerusalem, God gave the Israelites the chance of loving their brethren by setting them free from slavery. They did exactly that but later regretted their actions by gathering them back into slavery.
God was disappointed with the wickedness of these rich and powerful Israelites, so He allowed the Babylonians to annihilate Jerusalem, destroy the temple of God and killed the rich and powerful (Jer 52:9-10,14,24). The faithful were taken to Babylon as slaves (Daniel and friends).
Similarly, faithless and disobedient Christians and churches who are building their own empires by heaping up treasures in the last days will face God's wrath in the coming World War 3.
Jer 34:17 "Therefore thus says the Lord: 'You have not obeyed Me in proclaiming liberty, every one to his brother and every one to his neighbor. Behold, I proclaim liberty to you,' says the Lord—'to the sword, to pestilence, and to famine! And I will deliver you to trouble among all the kingdoms of the earth.'
Cries of the Labourers
James 5:5-6 Indeed the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth. You have lived on the earth in pleasure and luxury; you have fattened your hearts as in a day of slaughter. You have condemned, you have murdered the just; he does not resist you.
While the rich Christians, who have robbed God and the poor, are pleasuring themselves in the last days, His faithful servants, who have given up all, working amongst the poor and needy in mission fields, charities and Christian charitable homes are suffering from hunger.
They are now petitioning the Lord because He has not provided enough to meet their needs in His Majestic Service.
