The Appointed Time
Dan 11:27b ...for the end will still be at the appointed time.
In Daniel 11, after the death of Alexander the Great, General Seleucus, the king of the North (former Persian Empire) and General Ptolemy, the king of the South (Egypt and Israel) were constantly at war.
However, the final or last war, can only be in the end time. This end time war will be at the appointed time, when in the last days (time of the end) the king of the South (Israel/Egypt) attacks Iran (Persia) bringing in World War 3.
Immediately (like a whirlwind) Iran will retaliate with all military powers to attack its aggressors.
Dan 11:40 "At the time of the end the king of the South shall attack him; and the king of the North shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter the countries, overwhelm them, and pass through."
US fifth Fleet attacks Iran
Dan 11:29-31 "At the appointed time he shall return and go toward the south; but it shall not be like the former or the latter. For ships from Chittim (Western nations) shall come against him; therefore he shall be grieved, and return in rage against the holy covenant, and do damage. "So he shall return and show regard for those who forsake the holy covenant. And forces shall be mustered by him, and they shall defile the sanctuary fortress; then they shall take away the daily [sacrifices], and place there the abomination of desolation.
As soon as Israel and/or Egypt attacks Iran, Iran will retaliate. However, fighters and bombers from the US fifth Fleet (ship from Chittin) will attack Iran. Iran will immediately call 'Jihad' to muster Islamic forces. Many will not stand by to see the mighty and invincible West (US, EU, etc.) annihilating the tiny nation Iran. Russia, China and many other nations will fight alongside Iran.
Jerusalem the first to fall
Luke 21:20, 22, 24 "But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near... For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled... And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled."
Iranian armies will overrun Jerusalem (they shall defile the sanctuary fortress) and Israel. Our Lord Jesus will allow Jerusalem to be conquered as vengeance, because of Israel's faithlessness in giving away Jericho, Gaza Strip and the West bank in the PLO-Israel Peace Treaty in 1993 and the abominable approvals of homosexuality and same sex marriages.
Faithless Israel
Jer 9:11,13-14 "I will make Jerusalem a heap of ruins, a den of jackals. I will make the cities of Judah desolate, without an inhabitant." .. And the Lord said, "Because they have forsaken My law which I set before them, and have not obeyed My voice, nor walked according to it, but they have walked according to the dictates of their own hearts and after the Baals, which their fathers taught them,"
Note. The present Israel and Jerusalem are faithless in God's sight for their many abominations even though God had revealed Himself by delivering them from certain annihilation during the recent one-sided wars of Israel.
Brethren, do not be rebellious. Please do not pray against God's will nor keep any Jewish feast nor Mosaic Law for Judaism was made obsolete by the blood of Jesus at the cross two thousand years ago.
